Chapter 15: Come to Mama and Sonic.exe Part 1

Our next stop after our first few nights in Galena was at an old mansion owned by Frisk's great grandmother who died of cancer. But either way, she left everything to most of her family and her great granddaughter. All of her money, her possessions, everything. But it was in the middle of December and a thundersnow storm.
"One area to the next, huh?" Kasden muttered in disbelief.
"Yeah, though Frisk's grandmother Willow sure picked a creepy place to read a will." I stated.
"And a creepy enough night too, mom." Akira chirped in a happy tone.
"Yeah, kid." Sans joked. "You WOULD have to inherit a fortune, Frisk."
"Sorry." Frisk responded.
"Well it was a great story." Papyrus stated.
"And it made the news, too." Freddy Fazbear added, pointing at the newspaper that Alphys was reading.
"Listen to it." Alphys said before she began reading. "Grandchild's name in inheritance. Eccentric billionaire, Willow Noire, leaves her entire fortune and a tablet piece she found last week to all relatives, including her granddaughter."
"Frisk brought peace to all humans and monsters which Willow hoped for her entire life." Muffet continued. "And was remembered in her will."
"Well I wish I remembered to stay back at Eagle Ridge for another day." Kasden muttered.
"Yeah, there's no telling what's waiting for us tonight." Luigi shivered.

What Kasden, Sachiko and their friends didn't know was that some silhouettes of some sort of doglike and/or hamsterlike Furby based toy and what almost resembled Sonic the Hedgehog were looking through the window of one of the mansion's towers.
"So they've arrived..." the Sonic based creature chuckled.
"Yes..." the toy responded. "More souls for us to play with and more eyes for me to eat..."
"You and the damn eyeballs, I swear, Mama Tattletail..." the Sonic based creature grumbled.
"Just like your need to take human souls through your game, Sonic.exe..." Mama Tattletail said in a snarky tone.

The two were so wrapped up in their conversation that they did not even notice a small group of similar dog/hamster based Furby toys, or rather, Tattletails in multiple colors, were watching from the doorway before leaving.

We had just arrived at the rather large mansion and by that point, we noticed some kind of dog creature in a cotton candy pink muscle shirt, ninja mask and leopard print shorts walked up to the door.
"So you guys made it." the dog exclaimed. "Well, come inside, all of you. The others are waiting."
"Seems like Doggo's new eye surgery worked well." Frisk commented to Sans.

Once we were inside, we noticed several other humans that nearly looked like Frisk in more ways than one.
"Attention everyone." Doggo announced. "As you know, I am Doggo, one of the members of the Royal Guard of Asgore and the attorney of the late Willow Noire. My other partners, Dogamy, Dogaressa, Greater Dog and Lesser Dog could not make it tonight."
"Doggo as a lawyer?" Sans chuckled. "Sounds pretty DOGgone crazy."
"Sans, shut up!" Papyrus hissed.
"Willow was a bit of an odd woman, yet very interested in the progression of technology..." Doggo stated. "So she instructed me to play this DVD for you..."

Doggo activated the DVD player and put the DVD that he held up into the player. The TV turned on and an image of an elderly version of Frisk emerged.
"Hello, everyone..." the lady, Willow greeted. "Cousin Jason... Nephew Mark... Sweet Cousin Lila... Niece Dinah... And my great granddaughter Frisk..."

She had addressed a black haired male in red, a red haired male in gray, a blond haired female in blue, a black haired female in yellow and Frisk.
"If you are watching this, I am dead..." Willow continued. "But now that you're here, let's get down to business of inheriting my fortune and home. Each of you will receive an equal share providing that you take the challenge of spending the night here."
"That shouldn't be hard." Mettaton chuckled.
"For real." I chuckled.
"Some have said that my humble abode is haunted." Willow declared.
"Haunted you say?" Akira said with a grin.
"Yeah and those who leave have their share of the fortune go to the others." Willow stated. "Now goodnight, pleasant dreams and watch out for ghosts..."

With that, Willow laughed before the DVD ended. Then Doggo took out the disc.
"Well I guess that's it..." Doggo stated. "I'll come back to see if any of you have survived... I hope..."

Doggo left the mansion as the clock struck 10.
"Guess it's time to head to bed." Kasden mumbled and yawned.

In each bedroom, Akira was busy setting up ghost cameras to catch anything of pure paranormal activity. Frisk was almost on the verge of a freakout.
"Chillax kid, we'll spend the night with ya." Sans assured Frisk. "Let's hit the sack."

He pulled out a bag of burgers.
"The LUNCH sack." he joked. "At DINNER time!"

That earned him a groan from Papyrus.

Frisk's point of view
Meanwhile, I grabbed my Bacon King and began to eat as I walked towards the bathroom. By the time I got to the tub, the burger was swallowed down whole. I began to bathe in the nice warm water that poured into the tub. What I didn't know was as she bathed, a certain Sonic demon was about to open something behind me. That something was a secret door and it opened up, sending me tumbling into the basement after the tub tipped me up. I sat up, looked around and then heard two creepy sounds, the first one was a laugh.
"Mama's coming...~" the second sound said.
"Hello... Do you want to play with us?" the first sound said.

I looked up and saw Sonic.exe and Mama Tattletail in all of their creepy glory, looking at me and coming closer.
"This way!" the voices of five children said.

That came from the five Tattletails that were near the basement door. I followed them out of the basement and ran with them all the way up to the bedroom.

"Frisk, where were ya?" Sans asked.
"The tub tipped me up and slid me into the basement!" I began. "Then I saw this creepy looking toy and demon version of Sonic coming towards me!"
"But what's with the other toys?" Kasden asked.
"They helped." Frisk responded.
"Maybe there IS something haunting this house..." Kasden muttered. "But for now, let's get some rest."

I went back into the bathroom to grab my pajamas before I too, along with my friends, fell asleep.
